Services are offered under the trading name Source Canton by GRECH Tristan, a French-registered sole trader (EI), SIREN 843 305 996. They are primarily intended for business customers and cover sourcing, supplier verification, work in China and import-project preparation.

Visiting the site or exchanging a WhatsApp message or email does not form a contract. An engagement starts only after written acceptance of a quotation or engagement letter that identifies the customer, scope, deliverables, timetable, price and applicable payment terms.

Published prices are in euros. Trip packages exclude flights, hotels, meals, visas, international freight, duties and taxes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. The quotation identifies included costs and those payable by the customer. The applicable tax treatment and total payable amount appear on the contract document before payment.

The payment schedule, any amount due on acceptance and the payment account appear on the quotation or engagement letter. The receiving account must be held in the name of the entity shown on that document. Source Canton never receives funds intended for a factory and does not pay suppliers on the customer’s behalf.

Source Canton is paid by the customer at the agreed flat fee. No commission, rebate or benefit is accepted from a supplier or intermediary. If one is offered, it is disclosed and passed to the customer’s benefit.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules depend on the type and date of the engagement and on costs already committed. They are stated in the quotation or engagement letter before any payment. No different retention or refund promise should be inferred from this site. Flights, hotels and services booked directly by the customer remain subject to their providers’ own terms.

The customer provides accurate information, approves specifications and makes purchasing decisions. Unless a written mandate says otherwise, the customer contracts directly with manufacturers, freight providers and other third parties. The customer remains responsible for product compliance, import and placing the product on the destination market.

Prices, lead times and capacities supplied by third parties are dated and checked with due care but can change. Source Canton is responsible for delivering what the contract document promises; it cannot guarantee a supplier’s decision, a product’s commercial success or a customs outcome controlled by authorities or third parties.

Non-public information received to prepare an engagement remains confidential. Personal data is processed under the site privacy policy. Applicable law and, where relevant, the competent jurisdiction are stated in the contract document; the parties first seek an amicable solution.
