You can request a quote for the quantity you actually need. There is no minimum to send a request.

  • The minimum quantity depends on the product and the factory. It is confirmed in the written quote.
  • Some catalogue pages show an observed minimum. It is a guide, not a commitment.
  • Each factory sets its own terms. If your quantity is low, we look for a solution: another workshop, a variant, a first batch.
  • In China, the bigger the order, the lower the unit price. The quote shows you the price breaks.

Independent shops, small brands, holiday rentals and makers send requests the same way as larger buyers.

Do I need an EORI number to import from China?

Yes. Any business clearing goods in the European Union needs an EORI number. You apply once, to the customs authority of your own country. In France it is free on douane.gouv.fr. Be wary of websites that charge for it.

How does import VAT work?

Import VAT is national: 20% in France, for example. It is calculated on the customs value plus duty and freight, and it is due from the first euro. A VAT-registered business generally accounts for it through its own return. Customs duty depends on the product HS code.

What are the lead times?

On quote. Production lead time and delivery depend on the product, the quantity and the factory. They are confirmed in the written quote.

How does payment work?

Online payment is disabled and nothing is charged on this website. You first receive a written quote, which sets out the payment step. Then you decide.

Is there a minimum quantity?

There is no minimum to send a request. Each factory sets its own minimum, and we look for a solution when yours is low. The bigger the quantity, the lower the unit price: the written quote shows you the price breaks.
